Cesc Fabregas

Cesc Fabregas is a Spanish Central Midfielder who captains the English Premier League club Aresenal and plays for the Spanish National Team. Cesc Fabregas started his career as a trainee with Barcelona but was signed by Arsenal in September 2003, he was 16 years old at that time. His full name is Francesc Fàbregas Soler. He was born on 4 May 1987 (age 22). Fabregas is a kind of player with dignity and strength, he plays midlfielder and that position has a lot of running and skill. He is a designated player with lots of courage, he always knows what he is doing. Before he even gets the ball he already knows were he is going to pass it. For his International team he is named the best player. For Spain he is what we call a bullit, a person that runs fast and has a great shot. He always finishes as a top scorer for Spain. In UEFA Euro 2008, he was named Spain's top player of the season, with great goals and great defensive work. Cesc Fabregas is a player that is well known across the world, he played for many teams when he was little and from then he has now succeded to the topest level. That is what we call a well known player. One day Cesc Fabregas will become the greatest soccer player in history and become a legend. The "bullit" is going to be the next top soccer player.

This holiday originates all around the world, but usually in a big places like India, Punjab. Today it is celebrated in every city and town, that has Sikhs and Hindus.

This holiday is celebrated on the 1st day of the Vaisakhi month calender, which corresponds to

April 14.

This holiday is celebrated by thousands of people in just 1 town, with big parades, and food, and lots of other stuff, this starts from the morning tell the afternoon.

I think that Vaisakhi is a great way of celebrating the Sikhs and Hindus religon. It is celebrated by hundreds and thousands of people all around the world. This event is greatly celebrated by India, Punjab, they celebrate this event mostly all day long, with fireworks and food, and a big great parade that goes around the whole town. This is just a great event, that is celebarted by Sikhs and Hindus.

St. Patricks Day

St.Patrick is an Irish Saint that was born in Britain. St. Patricks holiday was created on March 7th 1762 in New York. This holiday celebrates attending mass or service, attending mass parades, wearing shamrocks, wearing green and drinking alchohal.

We celebrate this holiday by wearing green, parades, festivals, and also drinking green beer. My personal thoughts about this holiday are that it is a really fun day for the Irish people, they always will have a parade, drink beer, and wear all green clothes. This holiday is celebrated through out the whole world.

Mardi gras is celebrated in France, Rome, Germany, North America and Brazil. Mardi gras is celebrated the day before Ash Wednesday. Mardi gras is the final day of the Carnival. It is celebrated by common people say I need it for a school project. Mardi gras is a day that is celebrated worldwide, it is a day that mostly kids and adults celebrate. It is a festival celebrated by mostly French people.

All-Star Jarome Iginla

Jarome Iginla has made it again to the All-Star games for the Western Conference again for the fifth time in a row. With an inmpressive win against the San Jose Sharks on January 6th, 2009 Iginla had showed the fans and the players that hockey is true passion to Iginla, he also leads the Calgary Flames in goals with 46 points. Jarome Iginla is going to the All-Star game with his tw0 favorite hockey players and they are Roberto Loungo and Joe Thorton. Igninla and Thorton have been going to the All-Stars together and have also been great friends since Iginla started his hockey career. Jarome Iginla is an all time leader for the Calgary Flames and is also another leader for the All-Star team too, he also plays for the All-Star's like he's the captain of the team. Once Iginla gets on the ice it's showtime then its all him, he is a great player and also a great advice giver on how to score on the other team, he is an aggresive and tough person he will never give up after the puck thats his goal. To end in conclusion all i wanted to say is that Jarome Iginla is an awesome hockey player and an awesome role model for other's to learn!

On my birthday the 2 most brilliant Swedish hockey players were born on September 26th, 1980. And those 2 players are Daniel and Henrik Sedin. Henrik Sedin plays as a center forward for the Vancouver Canucks and is left handed. While Daniel Sedin plays on the Left Wing for the Vancouver Canucks, and is also left handed. In the 07-08 year of hockey with the Canucks Henrik Sedin got 76 points. As with Daniel Sedin he got 74 points in the 07-08 year.

The 2nd person that I have chosen is Michael Ballack. Michael Ballack was born on September 26th, 1976. Michael Ballack plays for Germany for the International season but his English Premier League (EPL) club is Chelsea FC. For Germany he is named the captain of the team. On Chelsea FC he plays as a Midfielder and has the number 13, his height is 1.89 m (6 ft 2+1⁄2 in) . In the Chelsea season he scored 18 goals in total.

The 3rd person that I have chosen is Serena Williams. Serena Williams was born on September 26th, 1981. Serena Williams is a famous tennis player of all times. She is a right handed tennis player. She weighs 150 lbs, and her height is 5 ft 9 in. In her career of tennis she is ranked #2 best in the world of Women’s Tennis. She has won 18 Grand Slam titles and 2 Olympic Gold medals.

The 4th person that I am doing is Ricardo Quaresma. Ricardo Quaresma is a Portuguese Football player. Ricardo plays winger for Portugal and also Barcelona. Ricardo is named one of the top players in Barcelona. His number is 77, which is the number that has been with him so far and on. His height is 5 ft 8 in.

The 5th and last person is Brooks Orpik. Brooks Orpik hockey, and the team that he plays for is the Pittsburgh Penguins. The team that is one of the top teams from the NHL. The position that he plays is Defensemen, and he is left handed. In the 07-08 seasons he got a total of 11 points. And he weighs 219 lbs and his height is 6 ft 2 in.
